Nutrition is an enormous topic and there is a LOT of misinformation out there. In fact, there is even debate about what constitutes a “healthy” diet! Is it one which helps you lose weight? Reduces your risk of long term disease? Allows you to to win a race? What’s more, different diets have different effects on different people. Needless to say, it can all get a bit complicated!
